Nice companion piece to "Voice Mail." Of the two stories, I like this one a smidgen better.

Nice. A very common situation for most teens, and yet, it gives us that piece of the 'family' puzzle that was often missing in the show.

who have access to the internet, why would Captain Bridger disregarde the fact

that Lucas doesn't lie people walking up behind him, but press the parent thingie? Only two kinds of people are real jumpy about people coming up behind

them all the time: people who've been abused and people who are paranoid of future danger. There should be bells and whistles somewhere in Bridgers head.

But as a plot device, the way abuse is implied ever so gently works. Although you'd think by now Lucas would have resigned himself that his parents are harder to get in though with than deep cover cia operatives in russia back druing the cold war. Seven toes. You nailed bridger. No wonder his son faked his death and left him, guy is clueless.
