Very fun read. Interesting blend of angst, lost love, lust, and sappy warm and fuzzies. This is definitely an interesting take on the whole mating, alpha & beta type fics. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Although, the ending between the two brothers leaves one wanting more. It feels like a beginning to me rather than an ending. Thank you for sharing this story.

Ugh, there is no excuse of how long I took to get to this. Other than I lost internet upstairs for like, weeks. I had to print out this chapter from the computer downstairs and read it but didn't have enough time to review it. But I got my internet back now so . . . . yay! Here to review! I very much enjoyed reading this short story. Too bad Inu was left with the dreaded beads still around his neck.Just proves Inu was always just a pet an object of ownership to her. Ah! but the happy ending Inu has a true mate Sessy. Inu probably felt good knowing Sessy really did care & came for him. Nice touch with the mating mark.

This was a good story. Although, I'm a little disappointed you hadn't given us a lemon towards the end. I like how it all progressed - you are very good in describing detail and portraying InuYasha's emotions.

The only thing missing was the lemon! After the whole mating scenario, I thought it was kind of important in further establishing the importance of their mating with an emotional lemon.

However, the ending was good. A little OOC Sesshoumaru towards the end, with his last line, but given the circumstances of the story it passes.

This was good. I just was sad to see it without a lemon, which I thought would be beneficial. But oh well, it is fine as is.

In the end Sess allowed himself to be viewed. I wonder when the group of humans will learn when Inu is with sess

I thought this piece was very welldone. You did a great job delving into Inuyasha's confusion and self-discovery. The ONLY thing I have issue with is that it doesn't feel like the story is complete. It doesn't end. The 'standoff' between Inuyasha and Sesshomaru is more of a chapter ending rather than a story ending. It begs to be finished. They are mates, but they are not together. There is an undefinable SOMETHING that lingers in the back of the readers mind. If you truly MUST end the story here, would you consider doing a sequel?
