I think you're doing an outstanding job with your story so far. I hope you plan on updating it since you haven't in a while. It's so hard to find good Nick/Lacroix father/son stories on the internet, which is why I started writing my own (they're not published anywhere yet), so I'm happy that I stumbled upon yours!

I love it! It's been so long since there's been a new FK fic, and I like the ones with LaCrouix/Nick interaction, something like this is what I've been waiting for. Can't wait for more!

Heh...as a Cousin of the Knight back in the day (but still in heart) I do love Nicholas & Lacroix familial stories. I just hope you don't have Brabant become too complacent and docile under Lucien as their epic battles were fun to watch/read.
