Anrtares 4/7/10 . chapter 5
I've read your story a few years too late, I reckon.

Ho-honestly, this story tugged hard at heartstrings. I love the flow of...everything. Your words, their words; I love the nostalgia, the cold reunion and how it all warmed up in the end.

Suffice to say, I love it.

Beautiful. I absolutely loved this story. :)

I love that they had made up it seems and they they never truly got over each other.

That is a strong love, 14 years. I love Remus and Sirius together. *smiles happily*

I love your writing style. :)

Aw, I loved the last lines. :)

Sirius freaking out about Harry was sad. But I love that Remus comforted him and knew that he wouldn't hurt him. :)

Ohmygosh, Sirius' story really just made me want to cry.

The saddest part was when he was telling Remus that he forgot everything and only remembered the fight. And then the big fight on their last night.

Just the description of Azkaban was very vivid and perfectly detailed. :)

I absolutely adore the way you write.

'It was as if Remus didn’t know exactly where the sensitive spot was that could make Sirius melt into a warm, saccharine puddle of bliss.'

I love how uncomfortable Remus is. Wondering if they had an 'expiration date.'

I like that Sirius asks the question outright. 'Too late?'

I love how Sirius says that he's not sure how things are going to go but he wants to try. :)

Oh, I love your writing and I think I will enjoy this story.

'It grabbed his frayed blue cable knit sweater by the collar, and shouted into his ear to get up; there was someone there.' - I like that line. It made me smile.

:)

Damn man! I've been waiting a story like this for LONG time...

Wonderfully done. It was marvellous. You portrayed their emotions so vividly, it was hard to read. All of their pain was my pain, their memories my memories, their love my love. It takes a true writer to be able to do such. Thank you for such a wonderful fic.

I'm so glad that someone actually has the writing ability to do this rather angsty subject justice. I'd grown so tired or all of the moronic writers who tried to write about Sirius coming back and utterly failed. Congratualations! The flow of your writing and words has a certain amount of perfection that is sorely in need of. I would read anything that you write.

I loved it. It was good to see that it had a happy ending, but also that difficulty that would come with being apart all those years.

I got here from someone's recommendations, and I have to say they were certainly right about this one!

Eventually, Sirius seemed satisfied and let his hand drop. “Moony?” he whispered incredulously. “You came back to me?”

Remus smiled, knowing in that moment that it was all going to be fine. “I didn’t have to. You came back to me.”

Ok, is it just me or are all slash fans old Anne Rice fans? This is incredibly analagous to a quotation from The Vampire Lestat that goes a little something like this:

Lestat: Have you come back to me as lovers say?

Louis: You've come back to me, Lestat.

So that rocks. I'm all about a little vampire references in my fanfics. .

"It’s really late,” he said.

“Too late?” There it was, laid out in the open. Sirius wasn’t going to relent easily tonight. Had he ever?

All I must say about this is to quote the famous Queen line: "It's late, it's late, it's late, but not too late." .
