I loved it! Specially the last part when he's pleading as the people downstairs count the seconds to midnight :D Oh and the "say it. Out loud" totally reminded me of twilight, made me smile :)

a really lovely story and it was nice to see how it developed, would be nice to see how Hermiones friends are going to react to this new relationship too...hehe, but all in all, nice and sweet story. and if your're gonna give credit, well the dancing lines "It's all we've ever done" are BtVS, even though you've added some parts, other than that, Happy New Year, or happy 4 days after new year but you get the point haha.
