What a wonderful ending! From the intensity of their long awaited reunion to the playfulness of their second to the very poignant ending I thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope you will be able to find time to write again soon.

Yikes!! Well done...I'm just sorry to have it end. I'm fairly new to the Gunsmoke Fan Fiction world, but I've read most of the stories already, and I think this is my favorite so far. Please keep creating, I'll keep reading...and maybe even give writing a try some day soon!!

mahc, I so enjoyed this story, your writing was great. The Matt and Kitty moment's were wonderful, I loved Kitty teasing Matt about Alice. I think your final paragraph summed up the story of Matt and Kitty, and all our hope's of what should have been also.

Now I really feel sorry for Alice, poor woman. I liked the way you tied in her husband into the storyline. Nice Matt & Kitty scene but I can hardly wait to see what these "lots of things you'll hear me say from now on" are.

Well written exchange between Kitty and Alice. I felt sorry for her but I am very glad Matt is safe in Kitty's arms again.
