Ah, Rennac. Can't get enough of the rogue. The opening section is just masterful, but it fades a bit when the POV switches to L'Arachel. I noticed a few errors in that segment, at least-- "fine" in place of "find," a somewhat odd description of L'Arachel's hair (lighter in color, or texture, or...?). The use of ellipses in dialogue was perhaps a bit too much like the game. Nonetheless, the characterization was delightful and the Rennac POV segments are a joy to read; his insights and descriptions regarding the other characters are brilliant. And L'Arachel's final line about "nice things" sent me into laughter, as a variation on this has been my own motto for seven-odd years.

YES, I love RennacL'Arachel. They are such a dynamic duo! Anyway, I liked the plot behind this. Rennac getting himself into trouble and having to have L'Arachel, of all people, bail him out. The poor, poor man. XD

Anyway, funny and cute. I did catch some spelling/grammar mistakes, but other than that it was very enjoyable read. It doesn't hurt that this adds to the very meager story count of fics with these two characters!

I'm like, the laziest person in the world, but here I am to give you a review! I would have been here a little sooner, but I had to type up my drabble for the day (wrote it at work), fussed with the ending for a while, and well, here I am. I'm so tired, haha, so forgive the lameness.

Oh! ohoh! This is fantastic~ So perfect! I... I am floundering for adjectives, bear with me here. x3

In many cases of reading, I try to find phrases, quotes, little descriptors that lend to be a particular shot of perfect wording or characterization of a character (or is just plain entertaining x3) but here...as with much of what else you write, it just 'is' perfect. Such a joy and fun to read...

Oh, well I suppose I have a certain few lines which I like the best, but I'm not gonna post the /last/ five, six lines of your fic in here, that would just be rude, now wouldn't it? x3
