This story is amazing.
Usually, people have Draco hating his father or his dad suddenly becoming accepting, but this seems more accurate.
How can you live your life with someone and not have some sort of affection for them?

Hey there, Elf. Gosh, it's been a while since I reviewed any of your fics (doesn't help that I only read Harry Potter and you've been writing other things, of course.) -wonders briefly if you even remember me-

Anyway, I really like this one. Excellent description as always, and there are so many fics that have Draco hating his father that it's always refreshing to see one where he doesn't.

I find it a teensy bit unbelievable that Malfoy Manor has electricity, but I love the image of the surging lights.

I didn't notice any spelling or grammar errors, so kudos on that.
