This is a really good start! You're keeping the characters very similar to the way they are in the book, and there isn't many stories for Ian/Wanda that do that! So this is really good, and I can't wait to see what happens next!

Yay! Love it :D Yeh, i put off reading it too, because I don't generally like sci-fi. Then I read The Host this summer, and it was amazing. I couldn't stop reading, there was always something dramatic happening. The story is really good :) Hehe, I like my steak well-done too, my parents are always trying to get me to have it medium rare.
