Oh, I'm all happy-sniffly! What a great ending to an awesome story!

*sigh* Is it really over? I had so much fun reading this, I don't want to see it end!

Nasty Mrs. R, giving poor Sammy a hickey. Tsk, tsk. Loved the brotherly banter and comfort throughout.

I'm so thoroughly spoiled! Thanks to you both, and Floralia for the beta - you totally made my b-day special :)

I loved this story. Thanks for including a chapter where Sam got to express the feelings that were disturbing him.

Now I feel bad that it is over. Really a great story. I loved the last chapter, how Dean got Sam to break down and cry and Pastor Jim got him to finally talk. John said just the right things too, making it so much easier on Sammy. How Sam got Dean to promise to at least try to be more open was great too. Good that he finally confessed he felt guilty about how his body responded and that he had difficulty to let this go. I'm glad Dean had a similar experience he could talk about, that sure made it easier for Sam to understand it's pretty normal to react that way. Hope you guys have more up your sleeve now that this one is over. Hugs, Vonnie

Wonderful ending. The youngest Winchester giving and receiving support from his family, and at the same time establishing his own set of ground rules. And Dean's right; that's very mature of him.

Loved the Limp Sam, protectiveDean, concernedJohn and understandingPastorJim; over all an excellent and entertaining story.

Well done girls. A true masterpiece as always.

Kind regards,

This was a great ending to a really interesting story. I really liked the whole spookiness of Mrs. Robinson. I loved how she left the bruise on Sam's neck in the shape of her mouth. I loved that Sam was ready, ready to go to Jim's and deal. I thought you guys did a really, really good job with this.

I always find counseling so weirdly intriguing. I did a 12 week rotation in nursing school working with veterans suffering from post traumatic stress syndrome. I was assigned one vet in particular, but I got to spend every minute of my eight hours with about eight different guys. There was so much that amazed me about these men, but the thing I will never forget is the nightmares never go away for them. No matter how much they talk about it, no matter how much better they feel. Sooner or later they wake up and they're back in the forest and the enemy is there. They never escape.

What I do think, though, is that there are different levels of people who can find relief in therapy and in talking. Stronger minds that can get beyond the monsters. I think Sam (and Dean) are these people. You guys did a good job in portraying this. I think in Season Four, we still see some of this. However, I think Dean's meltdowns recently show that he isn't over the nightmares and I think Sam is being stronger than he is, but we'll see what Kripke has to say about it all.

Totally dug it. Nice job to both of you -

like the number written in eyeliner

Ah, she changes her tune. From kissing to boy-flying.

Love how she refers to Sam as her "sweet boy"

I really like that this ghost actually talks, like wants to get to know these guys...

The kissing was cool and creepy and I think you nailed it!

I giggled when Sam thought she was Dean at first. A true WTF moment there...

Cool start with this. I've never seen the movie "Mrs. Robinson", but I know the premise, of course. I'm interested to see your inspiration here in the act.

I noticed the hotel manager's last name was Broadbent - wondered if it was an homage to Jim Broadbent, the English actor. The minute I saw the last name, I could only picture him speaking. Just curious.

Nice beginning...

You can sign me up for a few days in bed, being force to eat on waking – what’s he complaining about? Dean is great in this, dealing the best way he knows how even if he’s carrying his own baggage. I like that part of him is upset at not being the one to get Sam talking.

And yay – I have power! I love the new bits. I love John in general in this fic, but that was perfect. Thank you.

Awesome ending to the story. Thank goodness Jim got Sammy to open up-even though it started in an unusual way. And I also think he was write in having Sam get DFean to open up-Dean needed to get rid of his feelings of guilt.

Gotta love John with this one, he did everything exactly right!

I am so looking forward to your next story Claudia!

Finally get caught up on some stories I'd bookmarked. You do love your abused teen!Sammy, don't you? I like the idea of the Mardi Gras atmosphere and the ghost enjoying it. And, of course, you have to reference the song! Very nice!

I'll be anxious to see your wrap up! Interesting story!

;D

You used John perfectly here – you can tell he’s worried but he’s still in control and able to get Dean to calm down, and he knows his stuff.
