Alex/Felix and Piers/Felix FTW!

I'd certainly like to see this story continued. This first part's well written and I always thought there might be ...interesting... side effects for someone that took that much energy into themselves, ones that would have been forgotten in the time since Alchemy was sealed.

I always liked Alex too and I was really seriously cheesed off at him the first time I reached the end of the game to find him prancing about on top of Mt Aleph. Of course I rationalised it, though not to the extent that you did I think, and decided that that... rather strange speech could be put down to him being drunk of Golden Sun energy. It is really annoying when people write him as just being randomly EVIL! You'd think they have no appreciation of realistic motivations or morality more complicated than that of Star Wars.

As for the slash... (shrugs and sighs). I don't object but I will be disappointed if this turns into a plain romance story. Alex/Felix relationship, fine, but I'd like there to be a story independent of that; Alchemy Seal breaking after effects, Kraden receives message from the scholar's formally locked in Babi's basement, Wise One interference, Lemurian isolationist league, heroes with wanderlust, evil undead Babi, whatever. Just something else going on to take some of the focus off the Alex/Felix.
