I believe we never saw the enemy in the story but from the characters' POV we could still see how dangerous they were. Loved how you portrayed Atlantis, that he showed himself as a little boy and John thought of him as his son. I liked the ending but I felt it a little sad, because they can only live together in a virtual environment, although I understand that John is happy with it.

OK is Elizabeth in John's mind and if so how does he kiss her and everything else and what did Elizabeth mean when she said something about his body being in the infirmary when they were in the middle of kissing earlier in this chapter?

I love the story. Very sweet. the only way to make it better could have been to have a way to download Elizabeth's conscious into a human body. But that would have left little Atlantis on his own again.

Obviously, unlike season 5, this can't be the end of atlantis. Please update soon to tell me how the boys come back from a disastrous situation to save the day! More whump on the way is always appreciated.
