Ha - very true. Luckily, logic generally has little to do with the HP 'verse. Either way, I'll admit to having #2 as my favorite epilogue... though number 1 was pretty good as well =)

Interesting alternate endings. I kept expecting the obvious, super-depressing one, where Harry saves everyone, wins the tournament, and is then still treated as a Golem, and taken by the Dept of Mysteries for experimentation. Or, possibly, he is killed by James or Lily to prevent their secrets from getting out. But I guess that would have been really, really sad.

That said, I really like the different stuff here. That last one was very nice. Why do wizards always take the obvious path, and never look for a shortcut? Duh, you want to eliminate the possibility of explosion. Portkey the thing away!

I like the Harrys' meeting. I like Sirius welcoming Harry. You know they could just decide he is a cousin and treat him that way.

Excellent! Really good! especially if Golem Harry survives as he is. Then nobody can say he got his Soul from Voldemort.

That Golem Harry was more human and alive because he had compassion and real humanity. Something the others lacked including James and Lily. Lily lacks the compassion and generosity I expected from her. Maybe Albus learned something.

I like either one of these endings because it indicates that someone gave a damn after his death. But the one with Neville it absolutely beautiful. However the real Harry picking it up serves James and Lily right because now they have to worry about their son when they could be bother to take responsibility for the 'other' one. But with Neville it is another small lost 'underdog' taking up the fight.

I was surprised that the crowd pleaser wasn't a happy ending.
Quite some nice endings.
The summary kinda reminded me of bad fanfictio in which the summary would be the actual way an author would write.

Thanks for posting this! I absolutly loved 'The Sustitute', and wouldn't have changed anything about it, especially the ending, but this little collection was a great add on. And the crowd pleaser does leave the option for you to possibly continue with the story...

The Neville Longbottom is by far the better of the two. Thanks for the wonderful fic. It was stuck in my head all day.

I liked this last one in particular, since Golem Harry is bound to have had continuing problems with his civil rights had he survived. Nice set of outtakes :)
