This is a very interesting and unique fic, and I'm glad I took the time to read it. I think you've definately captured the dynamic between the brothers, even the way you have Sam only remember certain aspects: the way Dean was always there, ALWAYS, but not the way they used to fill their time with petty arguments. The characters come across very accurately, too, which is always good. Too many people mess around with character traits when writing fan-fiction.

Anyway, there are a handful of typoes, and you use hyphens instead of em-dashes, but the grammatical things can all be fixed with practice (if you have trouble keeping your grammar/punctuation straight, try reading 'Eats, Shoots & Leaves' by Lynne Truss). You have a very strong written voice, so I'd encourage you to do whatever you can to build on it, and eventualy even write some original fiction, if you haven't already done so.

So to sum it up, and make my review sound a little more like the ones people are used to getting: great job! Keep it up! :-)
