I never read Locked in Time but I really like the beginning of this. Is the TARDIS Jenny's stumbled into Romana's? I can't think of anyone else's it could be as that phase doesn't seem like something most Time Lord's would say seeing how reluctant most of them were to leave Gallifrey. And the bells could be the Cloister Bell?
