How about 2 and 3 together? Minato leaves Naruto at daycare and sulks all day, and when he goes to pick Naru-chan up he gets jealous of his new-found friend who I think should be Sasuke! Haha xD I love the idea of Minato vs Sasuke :P

Idea # 2 or # 3 sounds good. I don't really want to know something about diapers yet, in written detail LOL. But that's your choice. It'll be funny either way. And Minato suffers.
I can picture him doing the demure maiden look = =. And from the anime, his voice seriously doesn't match it. ROFL.

I think you should stay strictly in the Naruto fandom, a lot of readers might be turned away by the entrance of Inuyasha. But that's just what I think.
