Great story! I loved how you matched details in how Soren would think about them. So the boy and the man never had names. So typical Soren: not caring about anyone without reason.

You write Soren amazingly well. This is a rather disturbing fic, but I love it so much. I love the style you chose to really show his personality.

Although, one this - Stefan was alive and there at the final battle? But he's (hinted to be) part lion, who I don't think would live for that long... though I really liked that he was there and recognized Soren.

... I want to play this game. Villain sounds Luca Blight-esque, plenty of room to modify the story slightly to fit such purposes. More games need such long term and epic Xanatos Gambits. Lots of backstory to fill in, though much of it would be unimportant in game form. Pretty entertaining though, and the simplicity did feel fitting.

That was good! But I did wonder something...what was the real reason for Soren's endless blood slaughter if not to revive Ike?
