Bewitchedgal 6/17/11 . chapter 60 My heart hurts for you and what you are going through. I have been there-the whole route-hospital visits, more trips to the doctor than I can remember. While I do not know you I feel you have a strength in you that even you are not aware of-when you find that strength you will be able to find peace and a cure for the panic attacks. I beg of you to please try the deep breathing routine and reminding yourself you will be okay. If you can while you are having an attack try to focus on something special-something peaceful. I hope and pray that you will be able to overcome the panic attacks. Oh yes, make sure you go for walks and get lots of exercise-that helps too. God Bless I have enjoyed your story-you have a talent. |
Bewitchedgal 6/17/11 . chapter 58 I do not know when you wrote this story or if you still suffer from panic attacks. I just wanted to let you know that I too suffer or perhaps I should say use to suffer from them. I know you are taking drugs to help them but please listen to what I have to say. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DRUG YOURSELF TO THE POINT YOU CANNOT FUNCTION. I know this may sound simple but it has worked for me for years. One of the main things you have to do is calm yourself and this can be accomplished by taking slow, very slow, long deep breathes through your nose and the slowly releasing it through your mouth. Keep doing this until you feel yourself calming down. No matter where you are you can do this simple and effective breathing ritual. I took pills off and on for years but struggled to go without them because they left me in a stupor-medicines really effect me. Please try this-oh yes, along with the deep breathing exercises keep telling yourself you will be okay-like a mantra. I hope that you will conquer your panic attacks and get off those pills. I will be praying for you-God Bless |
Bewitchedgal 6/14/11 . chapter 31 I do not know if your are old enough to have a child but do not let others get to you. I have raised many children and some of them, while being seven years old, could act like a four year in a blink of an eye. Love this story |

lastcrazyhorn 3/2/11 . chapter 32Both men were caught up in a sports game on the television and to Hermione's shock, her dour Potions professor was shouting colourful imprecations at the players on the TV right along with what her father was shouting. Anna clapped her hands over her daughter's ears and hustled her into the kitchen. Whoo! Aww, adopting little Harry. "...if Dobby is available for a play date." Imperceptibly his eyes rolled and Echo just laughed. Well, you don't see THAT sentence every day. :) |
lastcrazyhorn 3/1/11 . chapter 31just walked away leaving his father to talk to himself. - Hah! Glad to see you continuing the idea (my idea too) that Petunia was really the perpetrator of all the ill will towards Harry. Severus blinked and sat up straighter. "Uncle?" Harry nodded. "I hadn't thought of it, but I suppose that since he is your cousin, that does make him my nephew." He grimaced. He wasn't so certain he wanted to be at all associated with the Dursleys. Ye gods, poor Sevvy. |
