I am still loving this so much. I love how you've paired off Galen and Dean and then Rob and Sam, different yet alike, both teams worried sick about their brothers and both fighting to save themselves as well as each other. I am so grateful that I read your book, because I concept of Dean and Sam in Galen and Rob's world is so much fun. The suspense is one-the-edge-of-your-seat, just the way I like it. Can't wait to read more!

Great to revisit this story, although things still seem to be pretty dire for all the boys. I hate it when they're separated! No good Galen being with Dean and Rob with Sam - it needs to be SamandDean and GalenandRob! Hopefully they're almost there - if Rob and Sam can manage to kill their "thing" they can get to Dean and Galen before they get caught by theirs. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I just found this! Am enjoying it and looking forward to the next chapter. It made me go back and re-read The Legacy. Am looking foward to thenext book in that series,too.

Took a few minutes to reread and catch up. Well worth it - it was great to get reacquainted with the story, so much so that I'm tempted to go read Apothecary again. The hurt fest is ramping up wonderfully.

I liked the setup of this chapter. You gave equal coverage to Sam and Rob and Galen and Dean. I liked the pacing of the scene in which the creature was chasing Dean and Galen. Great visuals regarding the creature. Thanks for the excellent update.

As I share the same birthday as Rob and Galen this update was an extra special treat. A great and gripping chapter, you could sense all the time the horror of Rob and Dean being entrapped in total darkness while the creature is closing in on them. I very well understand the younger brothers’ panic and they already have to deal with some dire problems. Heartbeat chapter end and I just hope that at least Sam and Rob will reach their brothers in time to face the threat together!! Marvellous one!

Oh, excellent update!

The darkness, smell, and claustrophic fear of where Galen and Dean are really shone through. Things hurting you in the dark are psychologically damaging as well as the physical pain.

And of course, Rob and Sam can't skate through without their own difficulties. That would be cheating! LOL

Now, get the younger bros to the big bros and do it soon. G&D need help!

the dynamics between the brothers (the younger together and the older together) works really well...I liked this line "“It stinks.”“Rotting flesh is always lovely, isn't it?”“One of my favorite things.” Dean grinned." too funny...I think that Rob and Sam better hurry up...good update

Oh dear so all 4 men are in trouble now, that's so not good. I really hope Sam and Rob manage to fight whatever it is that tries to keep them from saving Dean and Galen, I don't think they have much time left! And when they find them, they better find a way to make Dean see again! Hope you update soon, can't wait!

Really enjoyed this chapter. Dean and Galens escape dash really set my nerves on fire, i almost felt as though i was there with them and then you have Sam and Rob in just as much of a predicament with Sam pinned to the ground by two huge paws and a snout full of snarling teeth inches from his neck with Rob doing a Dean and coming up with a plan.
You left us with a cliffy there, so please don't keep us waiting too long for the next chapter, i'll be waiting whenever you're ready.
