My only thought is, Quil would be less likely to argue with Claire because his first instinct is to make her happy, not to be annoyed. I mean, he obviously has emotions but if Claire came in, the imprint would probably stop him from telling her to go away. Anyway, it was very nice and i liked how he changed over the 13 years.
