That was a really, really cool story! I loved it. What I think made this fic different from most others is that John was not taken out/weakened by torture or having to fight others, but by a simple cold that got worse. Really something that could happen to anyone. It's something that you don't really even think about when you have to break out and help your teammates break out from somewhere, but it could have screwed him (and the others) easily. And, I admit, since I currently have a cold, too, complete with coughing and sore throat, I sympathize with poor John.
So, again, great work! And thanks for the enjoyable read!

Excellent John whump, as usual. Those guys won't mistake John for being useless again, not that they'll get the chance. As always, John's will power and determination were impressive and it rang true that he'd fight to stay awake even once the team was together and could look out for each other. I'm glad they all got home mostly in one piece and that John's on the mend.

rodney was correct none of them would have made good slaves but had they given john more credit they may have been able to keep them for a while you never know lol :)

What an absolutely thrilling ride this was; from my eager anticipation at the start (cos who wouldn't feel this knowing there was a Stealth Dragon story ahead?) to the deeply satisfying finish it throbbed with excitement that kept me on tenterhooks and rivetted to every single word you'd written.

My only criticism? It had to end!
