Genkai Lady 2009-04-12 . chapter 1The depth of character explanation in this surprised me. It fits perfectly into the timeline of the canon events, and makes Relena's intense dedication to the cause much less about Heero and much more about peace, which is something I think a lot of authors forget. Yes, she admits she gets through the days by imagining Heero is ok, but he is not the single reason she wants to get rid of suffering. She suffered the loss of her father in a situation where Heero was not immediately involved, and she is naturally caring, so it would make sense for her to walk on her own path to peace. Bravo on making that shine through. :) |
Celanire Fitzgerald 2009-03-08 . chapter 1'I would have dropped a mobile suit on you'
This part had me rolling on the floor! You're right; it wasn't as funny, but that's because excessive humor would have been out of place here. It's realistic and I loved Relena's explanation as to why she's basically proud of being spoiled. That was deep without being arrogant at all. Yay! Off to read the next one! |
firnoviel 2009-01-29 . chapter 1I enjoyed it. You're right, it wasn't particularly humorous, but it was still well written and entertaining. Good job. |
Bloodfire87 2009-01-28 . chapter 1Wowho! Another one..can't wait for it. I've loved both of theses even the "not so funny" one...Hope it's soon!! Cheers!

Terra 2009-01-26 . chapter 1The thing I enjoy most of all in your stories is your portrayal of Relena. It's fair, it's balance and it's even a little snarky. The whole "I'm on your side now, Heero because OZ just killed my father and you want to destroy them so that puts us on the same side" makes so much more sense than "I'm a creepy stalker, look at me!" Seriously, brava!
And your confuzzled!Heero is always a pleasure to read. This may not have been as LOL funny as "Note Passing" but that's just because it's more subtle. Not really a tradeoff, in my mind. I'm eagerly anticipating the next installment. |
Andrew Joshua Talon 2009-01-26 . chapter 1Well, it is well done as per your usual. Everyone's in character and you give a lot of depth to the conversation. Sure, less humor than before, but it'd be hard for Heero to be particularly funny at the moment. So, well done, and I am really looking forward to the next. I don't mind you taking so long to reply to reviews-Lord knows there are plenty of mine that I haven't replied to yet that I should. |
IsabelleRose 2009-01-25 . chapter 1Thanks for messaging and letting me know about the sequel! It was fabulous! I love how you add secret details to the things we already know, without disrupting the flow of the series. I also love the way you hone in on Relena's personality and Heero's inner strife. I can't wait for more! |
B.A.K11 2009-01-24 . chapter 1I don't know what to say but "WOW". I guess a guy like Heero just can't handle a gal like Relena. lol. Great job again. |
kichikoneko 2009-01-24 . chapter 1I think your words are reasonable, and I will wait 'til the end of the intenet to read your next installment! (er, sorry 'bout that, got carried away... And I certainly do hope the next part will be before the end of internet...) And, for everything good and great, there is a balance of equality, in this case, funny-serious-funny, to me this makes it all the more better! Good luck with #3! |
