This is a very fun fic. The pre-ploting was interesting and then the close call at end was priceless.
However
It wouldn't be nearly as good without the title. Kudos.

You masterfully kept this in first person (which was something I found difficult to write). This helped keep the title and true point of the story in mind and also made it intimate and sweet.

I found it a little difficult to imagine Ikuko and Kenji as teenagers in high school but you did a good job describing Kenji's feelings of nervousness and anticipation.

The little name issue afterward was cute. ^_^

Lastly, as teenagers, that is often how things end. It's very difficult to find a good chunk of alone time when you don't have your own place or any money. I wonder if Usagi & Mamoru understood how lucky they were that Mamoru had his own apartment? Especially with Kenji being her father. ^_^

Overall, a cute and very enjoyable read. Thank you for sharing. ^_^

Cool concept! I've never read a story focused on serenas parents before. Great job
