Some really lovely characterization and details in this one - I particularly loved the description of his fingertips brushing hers under the door. You've done a nice job of showing the forces driving each of them.

Great story! I was not liking Raoul - he is so used to getting his way with everything.

i think you've done a really great job capturing leroux!raoul's character here--his pride, his impulsiveness, his devotion to christine...his little mustache! ;) great job :D

Now i don't normally read RC stuff, but i really liked this one. You even had me feeling sorry for Raoul!
