although I love Schneizel's warm and caring big-brother side, I thought he didn't learn of Zero's identity until it was confirmed by Suzaku in Turn 17.

This was wonderfully written. I love fics that leave the characters' true personalities as toss-ups. Schneizel's definitely my favorite prince (pun intended).
