Second time I've read this, and loved it both times. you get Spike's voice just right.

What a sweet story! His voice is perfect. I hadn't thought about "bitchBuffy" being the real Buffy; I suppose in that way he's signally honoured, poor guy.

I really liked this. Love this look at Spike, especially the part about demons respecting him for a while.

You're right, this was a different fic - But a very good one. I think you successfully got inside of Spike's head without being too broody or too violent about it - Good job.
