Why? Because girls are just amazing. And having a super strong female is a wonderful thing. She can grow up wondering if it's weird that she's so much stronger than everyone else? Who knows, maybe she could be stronger than Murphy or Tristan? Just my opinion.

I picked a girl because my dad and I both agreed that vampire girls would be cute, but vampire boys would be a little scary. Not to be sexist, but boys usually get into the most trouble.

I guess, for the story, you might want a boy for more comedy, but I'd also like to see the uncles deal with a girly girl. That would be hilarious! They'd have no idea how to play with her and Ella could freak out at them for playing with her with a football! They could hit her!

They so deserve a boy, I want a baby vamp boy for them. Besides being different than Twilight like you did put it, there are paths that the character can follow differently because being a male and similar paths a girl can follow too, hopefully my thought it isn't so confusing LOL. I've no problem with a girl if she wins.

I just finished reading both parts and let me just say that i loved the story! If had a different plot from the typical girl meets boy, then finds out he's a vamp. PLease continue, And I'm also LOVING the ben/ella relationship,so don't forget about them!
