I'm always on the lookout for good Harry/Hermione friendship fics and this is a great one :)
It reminds me of that time that happens in every good friendship (that involves someone of the opposite sex) where you look over at them and just imagine kissing them but don't.
It's that "yeah it could happen, but it's not going to" feeling. And you captured it perfectly :)

Again your writing style has tripped me up and drowned me in a pool of diluted amazing. The last sentance seems like a filler sentance to keep it cannon though :P I can almost hear you saying "Okay fine" in my head as I read it :D

cute! excellent job! i think it really is sweet, and yeah, it is more like an addition to the book than anything out of character or, like, a change in plotline. they still didn't get together, but it still worked out fine. harry should have just mustered his courage. sad, sad, sad days... ah well. awesome work! one of my favourites! ;)

Aw, that was majorly adorable. Harry's struggling thoughts about girls were hilarious. And I, like Harry, love Hermione because she doesn't giggle! I totally love Harry/Hermione friendship stories and this was such a nice one :)
