Sometimes, it doesn't take a lot to tell everything. Stories don't have to take a million words to get to the reader, but that can be a hard thing to accomplish. But you did it all in 126 words, without wasting a single one.

You let the powerful moment speak for itself. You don't drown it out by making it all wordy, and you don't undermine it by making it spare enough to be bare. Most of all, I love the style, how it can paint so much and invoke so much feeling in so little.
