The first thing that came to mind when I saw the message for this story in my email was EPIC YES I LOVE YOU.

I loved these two more than I liked the main characters. I read Hot Gimmick for Subaru and Akane, not for...wow, I can't even remember the other characters' names off the top of my head. I'm so glad that there's at least one person who has written fanfiction for them. I'd write one myself, but I'm not too good at romance, and even if I were, I've never gotten ideas for it...

As for the story itself, it was pretty good. I can't think of any significant issues to critique upon. Your visual phrases could be a little clearer, but other than that, your writing is great.

I hope you get more ideas for SubaruxAkane stories; there aren't enough of them on the internet! That said, it's been a while since HG has been fully published, so I guess I shouldn't be greedy. :/

I really liked this. I like how you twisted what we think we know about them and changed it but made it fit. You could think that he always over reacts to her touch, especially in the beginning, because of a bad first time. Wonderful job on both of them, very in character and I liked the story.
