wow! i was searching hopelessly for the nurikoXmiaka fic i was imagining and this was it! man, i love this one! hope u make more nurikoXmiaka fics because i so love their pairing!! we..*swoons* keep it up kaze-chan! :]]

Er... I know that this was written (and read by me) ages ago, but I feel this overwhelming feeling of guilt when I read stories and do not review them. This story happened to be one of them, so...

Although this is kinda a dumb word, the first word that comes to mind when reading this is "cute." This was the perfect one-shot opportunity, I must admit. I liked how you took the situation and turned it into something else. Nuriko's part in this was definitely good. The changing of perspectives was kinda strange in that certain aspects of the situation were being repeated by both perspectives, but it was probably for the better overall. It was definitely a good opportunity to explore both characters, so it's not just a "sudden" change, which is definitely hard to avoid in non-canonical oneshots.

Probably my favorite part of this story was Miaka's thinking that she's too young to settle with just one person, especially just the first person, and to explore other opportunities. Even though I loved Fushigi Yuugi and the whole idea of the separate universe in a book, and the seishi and miko, I had to admit, recently rewatching the series made me realize that I didn't really like the series after all. Having Miaka and Tamahome experience every obstacle a couple can face and "defying the odds of heaven and earth to be with each other" kinda demeans the behind-the-scenes and minor couplings, like Mitsukake and Shouka. Makes it seem like "they just didn't love each other enough," doesn't it?

...Anyways, that has nothing to do with this story! Sorry about that! Once again, great oneshot! On my favorites list, where it belongs. :D

I love Tamahome, but I am also a die-hard Nuriko/Miaka fan. This is great. I love how you describe Nuriko's emotive gender change and Miaka's realization that he is male. There are just not enough fics about the masculinity that Nuriko possesses. Great job. I loved it!

That was a really good romance fic! Miaka is right in this fic. She's only 15! In older cultures people didn't live as long so they married younger but today we usually aren't ready for that kind of commitment at 15!

Also, the part of our brains that help us make good decisions doesn't fully develop until the age of 21 and when people are around Miaka's age that part of the brain is developing faster than usual, so as a result, teenagers normally have trouble making descisions.

Sorry for going on and on about how she is too young etc... You did a great job writing this!!

That was so totally AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been looking for a good Nuriko and Miaka fic for some time now, and yur's was so totally cool!!! I really hope you continue to write more. I would try to think of more to write, but I'm to tired because I have been watching Fushigi Yugi since yesterday and I only got 4 hours of sleep, so I'm kinda at a loss. Anyway, just keep up the good work.
