It took me a while to understand everything completely clearly, but once it did and I read the whole thing in its entire effect it was... wow. Pretty. I can really see all this happening, if things were to go down that particular path.
I'm usually not that into AU's or things like that, but this one I really did enjoy, mostly because all the characters rang true. And it was quite well-written.

ANYWAY. This, as always, was brilliant. Which was really all I can say. Really, it's so much easier writing a thousand word story then it is reviewing a fic -_- But, alas.

And I really liked this: 'Her jaw sets and she drops her fountain pen (but she closes it first. Isabelle is nothing if not organized.)' It was a nice quirkish thing. Maybe. I don't know. Is that what it was? Now I'm second guessing myself, gah. Anywho, yeah.
