This story was very good.
At the part where Obi-Wan Kenobi had to choose between Qui-Gon Jinn and his dad, I felt more sorry about Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan. I did not feel as much for Obi-Wan’s dad (not trying to be heartless, read the paragraph below for explanation).
My own dad is a jerk. He lets me down all the time and only cares about himself. He makes me angry at him.
If I was Obi-Wan’s friend, I would tell him to save Qui-Gon. I would want to prevent Obi-Wan from going through the same pain and betrayal that I went through because of my dad.

Ooooohh! So sweet! I love this mushy chapter. It was rather hilarious how nervous Obi-Wan was and to read form Qui's point of view of Obi pacing in front of his door for five minutes was funny since Qui had no idea what would cause such mixed emotions.

I loved this story and will eagerly move on to the next in the series. I actually found this story when I came across number 6 in the database and am eager to work my way up to number 6.

You're an amazing author and I hope my reviews convey my joy for this story and the previous story.

Such a painfully, shattering ending. Poor Obi. I like how much more open Qui-Gon is already, instead of using soothing words and the such, he embraces him, holds him and lets him cry. It's so wonderfully mushy that I can't ignore the squeaky sounds leaving me. Luckily I am alone in my room so no one hears me and I can not be deemed crazy XD

I also liked very much the way Obi searched for Qui-Gon in that darkness. It was intriguing and scary at the same time.

Why, though, must life-shattering news always come at the worst times. Just when Obi and Qui are having a moment there, this news comes crashing down. Well at least this devastating news gives a chance for Qui-Gon to act all lovingly and caring, so I can't really complain, tohugh I feel horribly sad for Obi.

One mroe chapter to go, what could possibly happen now? I'm going to find out.

Ouch, this is painful enough from a stranger's point of view, but since it's read from Obi's point of view I can feel his emotions, his turmoil and it's breaking my heart. But all in all, he's doing the right thing. Not only isn't it qui's time, the force itself is encouraging Obi to safe Qui. how can he ignore that.

I wanted to mention one thing that I remembered now. In the first chapter and a little in this chapter, when Obi and Qui (in this chapter only Obi) speak through the bond, it's not very clear they are in fact speaking differently. There are no quotation marks or anything and it is a bit confusing sometimes. Perhaps you could add them or put the bond speech in italics or even add slashes aroudn it like this/speech
Anything to make it a bit more clear that this is no normal speech, that it is a special way of talking.

Other than that, I'm still loving the story and I'm very curious how qui-Gon will react to finding out Obi sacrificed, in a way, his own father for him and how poor Obi will deal with what he's done.

It's gonna be heart breaking, I just know it.

Oh force, this is heart wrenchingly painful to read. Poor Obi. I do like your idea of Qui-Gon's illness, when I read the summary I had not idea it would be something like this, something this mysterious and well unheard of. So excellent job on getting me interested in the story through the summary but pleasantly surprising me with this brilliant plot.

You can probably guess I like this story and you would be correct. I not only like it, I love it even though it is very sad right now.
I'm very curious to this mysterious decision Obi-Wan will come to make eventually.
And it's heart breaking that Obi-Wan is once more blaming himself.
I also like your healer and her learner, Jewel. She seems a nice person. I normally don't like Oc's but she is okay and her involvement in the chapter wasn't too much, she didn't take the focus off of Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon like sometimes OC's tend to do.

A great job so far!

Oh no, what have you done to Qui-Gon! Poor Obi-Wan, finally accepted and then this happens.
I already like this story a lot and I've only read the first chapter. Your descriptions of the surroundings and the dream of Obi are excellent. Your writing style too is great and easy to read.

And you are great at making the emotions of the characters come across. I was really pulled into Obi's panic in the dream and then his horror when Qui-Gon lay on the floor immobile, even though I had guessed he was laying somewhere unconcsious. So an awesome job you've done to drag me so wholly into Obi's emotions, I love it!

Also, since this story has so little reviews I honestly can't understand why so little I decided to review every chapter XD

This story is off to a great and foreboding and exciting start and I already love it!
