I like this "Rescue Harry" more than a good many others that I have read. There is more continuity than most. Also, I took the quiz and am a Hufflepuff. I always thought that house got the short shaft. Puffs rule!

Yes, it's a good idea for Snape to detox his liver once a year and get it over with! I'm glad he's having a much better time here, along with Sirius and Remus.

Good chapter--and a good thing for Peter that he wasn't handed over to Molly Weasley (after all, she probably would have changed clothes some of the time around a pet rat). Too bad this wasn't what really happened--did Remus ever get a close look at Scabbers in PoA?

Here's to Dudley getting a clue--I'm sure he'll be much happier and have more friends that way, as well as being healthier.

Neat chapter! But if Gryffindor and Slytherin are taking classes together, that means Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw are doing the same, and Harry won't see much of Hermione, Ron or Draco, for that matter.

Cool scary story, though. The classics are the best!

Yay Hufflepuff! Let's hear it for the Badgers. Besides, if a Hufflepuff pulled a prank nobody would believe it, they'd be looking around for someone else to blame...

Who knows what the Potters wrote in their will? With Dumbledore keeping the Cloak even after they asked for it, one has to wonder. But this is a good chapter, and it's nice that the Headmaster cares in this version.

Well, Snape doesn't just have issues about werewolves, he has subscriptions . Given that nobody still takes his treatment by the Marauders seriously, he's understandably cautious. He's not used to having anyone help him. For all of Lupin's regrets, he still never did anything to help Snape and obviously forgave Sirius for the Shrieking Shack.

But this was nice--with this form of Wolfbane he can relax a little bit and not worry about hurting people.

You have a contradiction--you have Phin say his mother was eaten by a Chimera two years before this story starts, and then you say the kid's mother died at birth. I'm easily confused, and am not sure which you meant.

Anyway, nice chapter--glad that Harry and Phin and Neville are having so much fun!
