Very powerful piece although I hate wormtail disciplining draco. Why not lucius? Even if he was busy it still makes more sense it is his son! Or even snape? As his godfather has more rights to do that and it fits the character better.

Saying that I liked reading about Peters past and dracos reaction to marrying Hermione was very believable and well written.
