Personally, I hate you. You've disgraced the greatest ** murder mystery of all time by making it Naruto. Really, give up. You're not good enough for Mr. Ripper.

GREAT! i luv the story and all the chapterrs. they're so good. you should turn this into a book and sell it! i would have at 2 copies with me all the time so i could let my friends read this. it is the best!

I don't know what you had planned originally, but the time skip worked rather well in my opinion. An interesting chapter and, of course, a cliffhanger. Oh well, one every now and again keeps the reader interested right? Just keep in mind that one in every chapter tends to annoy them more than anything haha.

You know, all I can think of for my guess is that guy off that Legend of Zelda game who always goes "Link, mah boy".
Somehow I think I'm wrong again :P

Aw, that part where Sasuke felt overwhelmed by the detectives' intelligence was so cute. :( I almost felt bad for him due to your great writing skills... almost... (yes, yes, Sasuke has officially lost my support in the manga, I'm about to announce it on my profile too... unless he makes a daring recovery of his former character... he's toast to me. xD Omg... I HAVE SO MUCH TO TELL YOU!! lol).

And wow, I love how you did that murder scene. THE best murder scene I have ever seen written in words. Not that I read a lot of mysteries, but still, I've read a few. ^^ Your murder-scene skills are fabulous! :D

Also, Jack the Ripper's personality is soo cool in this chapter. I can like picture you writing in his point of view... I wish I could have taken a picture. :P Lol, I'm jk!! :)

And what a cliff-hanger! Two murders? OMG, I can't wait to find out who died... 'Cause if they're at Naruto's house, then it'd have to be Jiraiya... and Jiraiya (lol :P). Unless Naruto's a ghost! :P :) Or I've just lost my mind, and don't know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, congratulations on becoming a Sophomore. :D Hope it's not too scary, I remember my first day as a Sophomore... Yikes! Where was the bathroom? And the cafeteria for that matter? And my classrooms in the four-story building? However he forced his head to stay and found that the warmth of his forehead tamed the coldness and caused the marble to become cool.

Ep, lot's of drama in a small space. Then again, I never was one for much romance or drama...
Ok, ok, I have another amusing and probably completely wrong guess. Kabuto has an alternate personality that hates prostitutes and kills those mostly of the female kind...

No? Ah well. Maybe if I actually paid attention to the hints I would be a bit closer ha ha.

Oh, good bye Shizune... So she knew the killer, but I don't think it was Kabuto, it's too obvious... Anyway, lets wait and see.

Interesting...
So... the most obvious fact from the beginning was that 'most' victims had in common was being a prostitute, and the reason for killing being some form of vengeance (not a false clue I believe). Plus the abdomen cutting was not just a form of a killer's quirk, but too with a reason, most likely a child, a symbol of unborn child, and the fact that Shizune was missing the uterus, or the womb, only confirms it (but I'm still unsure of that). In the times when the story takes place there weren't that many contraceptives and the risk of getting pregnant in that line of wotk was high. Also, having a baby was a liability to a prostitute, especially considering that their financial status was almost nonexistent. Based on that I have two theories, that atleast gives a picture, as to what was the 'trigger' that gave birth to the Ripper:
1)Mother - A woman working as a prostitute finds out that she is pregnant (likely in late months, 6-7, there weren't many ways to diagnose the state of pregnancy available to a prostitute) and, after deciding that the baby is in the way of her survival, tries to make an abortion herself(perhaps even by cutting her own abdomen open and forcing the baby out) But the child survives. After that there are several scenarios that have only one outcome, the child learns the truth of his unwanted birth. Also possibly becomes an orphan (the mother might have died due to complications during the abortion attempt, in which case the child is raised by the supposed father, who reveals the truth; by suicide or killed; the father's death most liekly might be a suicide or an accident). Also there is the possibility that the mother was the victim number 1 that could have been never found, which I doubt, or she was found, perhaps she is one of the 'known' victims. The child becomes the Ripper.
2)Lover - some events are the same as in the first theory, but in this case the child dies, and the child's father later becomes the ripper. But again it is debateble whether the mother dies during the attempt or not. If she dies then most likely Jack is extracting revenge in general. If she survives, then most likely she is either the first victim, or the last one. If to consider that Tsuande was the first victim, then the killer is likely Jiraya. The possibility of being the last victim is available only if there is a reason that prevents her to tell the police who is the ripper, which I doubt. But if to toy with this possibility, the last victim most liekly is Sakura and the killer then is Naruto.
Also, there are two other things about the Ripper that needed to be put into consideration. The killer is in a good social position, meaning he knows most of the victims and perhaps has a way to know how the inestigation is going, a position of trust in the circle... Simply put, the killer is someone, who people would never suspect of being capable of such actions. This person's asumed personality is the opposite to the killer's (another clue that I beleive is not false). Again Naruto and Jiraya are fit to this description, especially Naruto. The other matter is the hint that atleast two victims had another connection besides being prostitues, some form of a dark secret perhaps.
For the time being, only the murder of Sasuke's parents, having the same signature, doesn't fit properly into the picture...

An update! Finally!

Great chapter, since the begining I was expecting for the encounter between Sasuke and Sakura... And it was an amazing scene!

And about the rate, in my opinion it depends on how you will write the scenes. It's true that murder and prostitution are gruesome themes, but the description makes all the difference.
