That was really good! I could totally see it in my mind's eye the whole time. I especially loved the bit where Donnie made the comment about how Mikey and Leo would be disappointed if Raph didn't let stuff bother him. The fic was very good and I really enjoyed reading it, thank you for posting it!

This is the first story I've read in months, mostly because I had given up and lost interest.

Thankfully, you've reeled me back in.

First off, perfect characterization. I love how you kept it centered on Don and Raph, but also you were throwing in a lot about Leo, and how he just didn't notice things, or didn't think about them. I can see him thinking these things as he watches them happen, thinking, 'I thought I knew them better than that', when in reality they all are much deeper than expected.

I really like the ending, too, where Don says: "Very much so, I think. I would think it meant that you didn't trust me anymore."

I really liked this, especially how you were able to get deep down into their personalities. You went down deeper than most people wouldn't, or couldn't, see. Bravo.

As usual, I love your writing. It's been a long time since I've slipped into the Turtles-ficland, and it was just about the best piece I could have come to. Perfectly introspective and telling, and I had quite a good time reading it. It's real and I adore Raph and Donnie's interactions. There was only a sentence or two that threw me off in the wording, like, "From the looks of it, Raph was just about anything but careful with the brother closest to him age." I think it's just a missing word, but it was a little awkward.

Besides that I enjoyed it a lot, and I really like the glimpse of all four brothers that we received. Very well done!
