I adore exploring the lines with sentience in computers especially in fighting machines (I'm a huge fan of "Sentou Yousei Yukikaze a famous Japanese SciFi novel adapted to an anime with this theme). Followed a rec to your writings for 'Airwolf' and am very glad I did. Even though I don't know the show (I dimly remember it from when it was on TV), your writing was strong enough to give me everything I needed to enjoy this story throughly. The Lady has my heart already!*bows* Thank you for sharing.

Oooh, Airwolf... I'm getting nostalgic. I should have been checking your non-GZ stuff more often... you've done an incredible job at world-weaving. I can tell that you obviously like Birgit Staebler's work, but it comes off as a homage, and not as derivative. Bravo! I look forward to more.

Well written. I like the concept you have of the AI there. Very good.

Alternative universe is fine. I write an AU for another fandom that uses Briggs as a supporting character. However, proper research is necessary if you're going to mention actual military equipment. If you're going to use something, use it correctly, or don't use it at all.

My main question is this...

Will there be more?

Because I have enjoyed this story thouroughly, and would like to read more of it.

Alternate universe. Though if it really bothers you, consider them F-15E Strike Eagles.

Interesting story, tho a bit confusing at times. You have the jets contacting Edwards Air Force Base, yet you state the jets are F14s. The US Air Force flies F15s and F16s, NOT F14s. F14s are Tomcats and are assigned to the US Navy. Perhaps you need to do a bit more research prior to writing so that you can get your facts straight.
