Sawlt to Your Suger 2009-03-29 . chapter 1of course i failed to review this one.
well, its absolutely marvelous. as per usual. gawd you must get bored of all my blabbering, thats okay. i'm going to blabber anyway.
i dont know if you do this, but do you feel this sort of bubbling giggle when you read a cute little part you really really really enjoy? in fanwork or just in stories or in life?
i do. i got that feeling when i read the end of this. "i am."
gahh. its a marvelous feeling. i love it.
love you!!
hah, you're probably like "she's crazy" but thats okay. : D
"life is like the sea" -- cliche. but then you twist it and explain why its so cliche. because its true!
okay. uhm. im going to reply to your pm now. hahaha.
loved this. yeah. thanks for rocking! |
 baby green eyes 2009-03-08 . chapter 1Yeehaww..
I went through all the stories and for all the Mithrin series I already reviewed so I cant do those..too bad. Cute stories.
Aughh my mom is calling me. Time to leave.
Crud. I shouldn't have spent like 30 minutes on your LJ reading that Aragorn/Faramir story of yours where Aragorn is ** off and is like a lion and roaring at him and stuff after the Council and then they just do it. I totally thought it was something else!
I tried, Im telling you, I TRIED to read it. Tried to understand what makes you coocoo about it. I TRIEED. All I did was sort of cringe and smile queasily and think, "Okay..I can get used to this..in 10 years..if I took medication..and if Marshmallow persuaded me on her knees and offered me nectarines and burritos..probably.."
Yes. Ahem.
~BGE
I need you to update the Mithrin series. Or I need to get a good book and read it. I finished "The Secret Life of Bees" today. I thought it was okay bordering on bad. |
Marius The Roman 2009-02-28 . chapter 1Stunning! A masterpiece! It's the written equivalent of the Sistine Chapel (okay, not quite, but close!)
You didn't have a little elvish/English translation thing at the bottom of. That said, it doesn't need one.
I can't tell if it's because I already know what all the elvish means from reading so much of your writing, or because you write in dialect so beautifully that the reader can tell what each word means from the sentence. Probably both.
I love the italics thing at the beginning, wonderfully poetic, and true to the mood of the piece.
This was THE perfect one-shot.

Grey Pigeon 2009-02-26 . chapter 1Mysterious. Peaceful. Full of hope. Silent. Comforting. Beautiful. Unexplained. Meaningful. Wise. and yet a bit cold.
And - what I think will please you the most - very, very Tolkien. |
