it was not bothersome, it was awesome! I think either James or Lily would be great - can't say which would be better to have first.
So Severus saw the two of them walking together, will the others be finding out about Lily and James too, or is something else going to happen for them?
I like the difference of James and Lily's thoughts during their conversation, it makes the whole story funnier than it already was.

you are right again, I needed to read this! hee hee, and again, awesome job - I can see what you mean by the carried away but hey, I have known you long enough to know this is not as bad as it could be.
I really like the Lily chapters, mainly because that is where the story began and is centered around, but also because you have done a really nice job with her pov. I don't think I have seen you write much first person point of view stuff unless you were writing about yourself so it has been a treat just for that. I like the unsure thoughts of Lily and then Snape not understanding her, even after all his years of knowing her, it shows that their friendship was closer in his perspective than hers, which is something I think is true for how Rowling wrote them.
The Remus chapter was funny because it made me go play my OOTP video game just to go see what you were talking about. ^_^ awesome, and it makes it all the more humerous.

Here's a question- will Sirius be waking up and joining them? I mean, I know you well enough that it seems imposiable that you would just leave the guy sleeping through all the fun stuff.
And my voite for the next chapter is James! Let's see what he was thinking with all this Lily stuff.

You should do James's first chapter, I want to get his point of view.

Snape seems to be having issues too, I like the parallel between him and Lily in that respect.
this is a nice story, and my vote for next chapter is for a James one, get a new perspective in the mix, but the lily one is tempting too.

love the story so far, great start, and the ending line of ch.1 is just so cute! I wish James would say that to me. Can't wait to read more, the others will be meeting someone in the library right? what are you going to do with that.
