That was hot, but the hotness was secondary to the depth of it, which I LOVE from a story, and rarely find. Usually smut is smut, and you have to trade it in if you want something that will make you pause, really catch your attention, and make you see the characters involved in a new way. I'm rambling, aren't I?

Well, I loved it, especially Sephiroth's hatred of colors and the conflict with that Reno represents. Reno really is just such a contradiction, and so passionate, it would make sense that he unsettles someone as logical as Sephiroth. And as always, Gaia, you do the internal processes of the characters so well. THANK YOU. I should offer this as therapy for everyone traumatized by "Becoming". :)

This is unlike any story I've ever read, but I love it! I kinda understood the end, and yeah, if you look closely, Reno is innocence. I'm totally faving this.

This is the first time I've ever read this pairing, I've never even seen it while browsing, but I liked this piece. There was more to it than just smut for smut's sake and I liked the description of Reno, finding it true and very Reno. A nice piece.

This was really well written. You never cease to amaze me with how well you write your pieces. It was very mature sounding and beautifully developed which added a lot of feeling to it. Yes, oh goodness, yes - it was HOT! Hot in a different way, though. It wasn't one of those mindless, "Lets fuck." "Okay." scenarios but held so much more which, in my mind, makes it so much better.

Wow. Just wow.

Color symbolism was just a-freaking-mazing. Just wow. there's no other way to say it. I love color. There's so much that can be expressed with it, and you rocked it. I especially love that Reno is the focas of the color--red, a color that traditional means life and passion (including sex)--and the innocence Sephiroth missed out on. It is a very interesting juxtapose.

Sephiroth's feelings about Reno are genious as well.

"It was his to watch, his to hold, his to spear and castrate and destroy, but also to cherish and love and yearn for."

Those lines just sum it up. Brillance.
