I never heard of the delayed bomber launch tactic. Is it any good? I usually just launch everything as soon as my ships exit phase space.

BTW: I don't think anyone can just “learn to use” Advent telepathic abilities- their abilities stem from the genetic, chemical, and technological manipulation their race has undergone.
