Wow, I'm really a fan of yours now :)! I read your Mithrin Series before going back to Author's Notes and I loved the romance so much. It's such a beautiful story and I really hope there'll be an update soon. Because Legolas is not the only one whose breath gets caught by all these developments ;D (I totally love those slow-developing love stories). I only recently watched the movies once again and remembered how much I adore that world (even though it's different in the movies, of course), so thank you so much for writing such great stuff and warming my heart in these hard times of recession ;D.

Ohmygod! This is fantabulously yumalicious. Good enough to eat, (or maybe I'm just really hungry)
I love "You are the blooming athelas of the Spring, and the rain-dampened groves of Autumn. You are the snowfall of Winter. Are you not?"
Amazing, it just FLOWS, as natural as thought, which is really hard to do well.
And I love how Thranduil is SO ignorant of his son's relationship with Estel. You captured his personality (or how I always imagined it from the little you saw in "The Hobbit") perfectly; quick to temper, disliking of men, and just a little naive.
I can't wait to see where this goes. Update soon!

i'm still confused though--how do you figure out all this stuff? were they in the books, or in just speculation on the internets? because really, i dont remember there being this much detail about everything. or are you just really good at passing off stuff as canon?

love it. so good. wow legalos must be going crazy by now. weird, because he's technically older. which one gets but doesnt really understand from the books/movies...but from this they ought to.

so amazing. even the actions you have your characters make--his abrupt standing, his interruption.

legolas is cute. hahh. but deep. i like your characterization of him.

So here comes another story!^^ Oh yes, I have been longing for that. And it sounds interesting. What I can say by now, is: 1. I like the pairing, as this is my favourite besides Elrond&Legolas, but I think that you know^^, 2. I don't like Thranduil (he reminds me of my maths teacher), but I suppose that was a part of your plan, wasn't it? 3. Legolas POV is fine. It sounds like a reportage, and you are using present tense - a bit awkward it was at the beginning, nut then it was just like one was in the same room, but listening to the one voice meant only for his ears. That was fun.

I'm waiting patiently for another chapter!^^ And hey, there are more of Mithrin series. Oh my God, I am so stupid not to notice them sooner... It seems I have much to read. My school lectures will suffer, but who cares!

Thranduil has no idea does he? Or maybe he does after all he is shrewd enough. But obviously he didn't expect Legolas to run off so quickly (go Legolas!)
