I loved it! it was so absolutely cute!

"Yes Moony, I am afraid that you are just a poor substitute for James, my one true love. Even as I sit here with you, my loins burn for him." That line made me LOL so hard!! (maybe cuz I've been watching a very potter musical and the tone of the way they speak is stuck in my head and that made it all the more hilarious)

ehem...yeah ignore the rant! What i MEANT to say was that this was amazing, I loved it and we need more of these cute fics around ^w^

This is very sweet. I like Valentine stories when they’re done well, and this is one of the best. This characterisation of Sirius – all immature and frivolous on the surface, but with hidden depths – is one I really like. The lupins, the lovely card, the tea room that is his “home away from school”, the running away after the kiss – all build up the picture of the Sirius below the surface. And Remus, who “chose to interpret 'wear something sexy' as 'wear your usual clothes'” is exactly Remus. As is the earl grey tea without milk. And their comically melodramatic dialogue after Sirius gives Remus the card made me smile. I totally love the ending, with the wonderful line: "Remus, I love you to pieces, but you are the least manly man I have ever met. You wouldn't know testosterone if it bit you in the arse."
Two very small criticisms: “skipping stones on it’s flat surface” – should be no apostrophe in “its”.
“We need to talk” – biggest cliché in the world, up there along with “Try to get some rest” and “It’s not what you think”.

Is it really sad that I knew where the title was from before I even clicked on the link to the story? Not a fan of musical episodes of tv shows at all, but I loved the Buffy one so much I bought the soundtrack, and that one is my favourite song on it. And yeah, totally irrelevant... sorry.

Love the story but my VDay (along with my mothers) wasn't very good. Had to watch friends makeout and whatnot. *shudders* I hope yours was well thought! :)

So cute! Very well done. My only suggestion is for it to go more like:

"It is nice." Remus smiled, then sighed. "We do need to talk about this, you know, Sirius. It won't just go away if you act like a robot."
"...act like a what?" Sirius asked.
"Oh, never mind... But you can't just pretend it didn't happen. That never solves any problems."

Or something. I guess it depends how much muggle-ness Sirius had picked up from Lily.
