Garrett! I loved when we met him in the books...I'm so glad he has a role in this story!

Charlotte's Plan E made me laugh. I love it.

I'm so happy that Jasper finally told everyone...I wonder what Jacob's place in everything is...hmm.

OH. and i LOVED Esme. That was such an intense moment. She's like no...I'm not losing either of you: "“Jasper...You come home now.” “I will,” he whispered."

seriously. wow.

Peter and Charlotte are awesome, I like getting to know them more...I also like how you display the camaraderie between Peter and Jasper. I like that he's looking out for Jasper's sanity...

the Cullens are 100% themselves...I love your descriptions of what everyone is thinking/doing. Especially Nessie and Esme.

The Denali family is great...everyone is just perfectly in character. LOVE it.

And...he found the note! I'm so glad he found the note! Things are going okay for them right now...starting to take a little action...just feeling out the situation...I'm excited to see what happens when Edward, Eleazar, and Rosalie show up in Italy. There'll be so much tension talking with Aro...trying to hold back their anger the best that they can...

I really enjoyed the somewhat lighter chapter...Aro isn't happy so that's definitely good news. Gives us hope...

I have to say, I'm fond of Plan E's name. I half expected "Plan Everyone storms the castle".

I love how you bring out Esme's nurturing in all her actions. It makes me smile, even in the most emotional scenes because she's so constant.

Ooh, you are so good at the cliff hanger endings. I'm anxious to find out what Alice is seeing now.

Don't worry about the replies. :o) Keep at the work, since you know, that pays the bills. Write for you. Write because it makes you happy. Us readers, we're just along for the ride :o)

I'm particularly fond of Charlotte's name for plan E. Albeit, it's not a good plan, but she knows how to make light of their death.

And THANK YOU for putting Garrett into the story. He's one of the more...understated, forgotten characters of the series.

Another cliff-hanger...Garrett telling them something really important, the rose, the shifting future.

The entire family brought together in a hope against hope that Alice will be restored to them. All of the others ready to storm Volterra and bring her back. Alice means too much to the family.

Jasper I'm glad stayed behind. He wouldn't be able to do anything other than get himself caught up in it. Edward I'm worried about though. If they have someone who can make you lose your memories, they could have him in a heartbeat. He who is the mind reader.

And Jacob, A crucial point, to stop Alice from seeing the plans too early. Keeping Aro in the dark. Eleazar also, was a former guard of Volterra and now he's heading back into danger. Poor Carmen I can only imagine how she's feeling right now.

Nessie understands more than they let her. She's worried about Alice and yet is too little to do much to help. She needs an outlet as well.

Have I mentioned yet that I love your story? Enough to give you huge reviews as often as you write? Keep it coming!

i feel like im so behind on everything, three weeks off work lazing around watching the o.c on dvd, just wasting time and now i don't have any. so this review might be a bit late, im not sure, i just checked my email today. anyways, here it is. i loved it, of course. jasper's breaking my heart, and im still trying to figure out whats going on with alice, and eion and his power. all that of course, is part of what draws me in to the , at least now i can pronounce his name :).

i loved this chapter,

i really like how you included the memory of alice drinking human blood, it really added to the story.

i really like eion's character as well, i find him intriguing.

i want to learn more about him, it would be great to throw in some things about him now and then.

CAN'T WAIT for the next chapter! D

I just loved that even subsonsciously, Alice knew that she didn't want to kill humans and OMG Jasper, pick up the note! Jasper has to find the note! Can't wait for more.

Oh and I like Eion, he's nice to Alice :D

This story is really good - heart breaking. I just hope theres an Happy end ... cause im not that fond of sad endings ...

He has to find the note! I've been wondering since the first chapter when he'd find the note. I thought maybe he'd found it already but it wouldn't come up until later in the story. A desparate vampire is going to accidentally push the critical note under the bed?. How did he even get this far without finding the note?

By the way, per your A/N, I also like the character of Eion and hope we hear more of his story. His gift is quite powerful and intriguing, and it's not surprising Aro trapped him. It's never a good idea to depend so heavily on the power of those you've enslaved. Hopefully, Aro will learn this the hard way.

How fascinating that Alice's visions are intermixed with her imaginary interactions with Jasper. It will be interesting to see whether Aro is able to even understand what he sees in her mind, and how he might interpret or misinterpret it.

Now, what about that note?

How like Aro to think that he can simply take whatever he wants, and that all opposition will come to nothing, or even leave him stronger. It's interesting to see Caius disagrees. It's also fascinating and beautiful how Alice's memories of Jasper provide light in the darkness.
