i think ur approach to get ur OCs into the story is interesting enough, but ur writing stlye could be more developed, but im not saying lose u current writing stlye. ur writing feels light, and easy to read, so u should make it easy to follow, but build up on it slightly.
I personally detest the amount of dialog used, and the two main OCs dont seem to have any distinct differences in talking style. only in looks and tht Kai is an otaku. but thts about it. ur charas are not developed enough to want me to analysis them.
i sound mean? ah well...

an Anachronism is when something is when an object is somewhere in time when it shouldn't be there. In Shakespeare's "Julius Caesar" on the tape recording, the anacrhronism is you hear a clock chime, not peel with bells. C: We learned this in English. Anachronisms frequently happen in movies when the movies are set to be in past years. Such as in Titanic the type of bolts or something are the wrong style for the kind they had back then.

Now then, I really like this story. It is very good and I love how impulsive Kaiyo is. It's more realistic that way--how many other girls would've done that? A lot. So it gives the character a realistic touch. Especially cause i doubt people would think about the dire consequences of such a thing BEFORE preforming it. I love Lavi's sexism at Alex, because it is very true. But I want to point out that female's are scientists in DGM, and there is Lenalee and Miranda and General Klaud, so you have to tread the sexism line lightly. I suppose the bookman tribe would keep traditions until the real women revolution--just be warry.

Anywho, I really like it and I apologize for the very long review =w=, I love Sound of Thunder too. The movie is bad, the short story is amazing.

That was . . . kind of pointless and really b itchy to go to someone's room in the middle of the night to talk to them, and then get p issy when said person is irritated about being woken up. I mean, come on. I know you want your Mary Sues to interact with your favorite characters, but this just makes them b itchy and unlikable. Of course, not that they aren't already.

You know what's also a good movie? Rec, which is the movie Quarantine was based off. Very creepy and awesome. Moving on, why not just say what anachronism means rather than having someone else say it? Google is very easy to use anyway, anyone can fake knowing what it means without giving away that they looked it up.

Contrary to popular (fangirl) belief, Lavi is not an idiot and knows what he's doing. Meaning that he wouldn't mistake some chick with so-called golden eyes for a Noah, especially if she didn't have any of the other Noah characteristics. People do have weird colored eyes sometimes, of course, but Mary Sues have them a lot more than other characters. Same with the whole "ice-blue" eyes thing. Very Mary Sue.

I'm confused, though. This is an AU, of course, but there's a contemporary Order? I'm making a huge assumption here, really, but I'm thinking that D.Gray-Man will end when the Earl is destroyed, presumably by Allen, and there will be no need for an Order in the future. But that's just me.

Doesn't it mean an error in chronology or something? (O.O)
