The Hong Kong airport is actually just one terminal XD (One VERY large terminal with one long 'corridor' and I believe 7+ 'sub-terminals' branching off of it? Never been to each terminal, but I' have walked through about half of it. I'm not sure if they can be called sub-terminals since it all just seems like a big rectangle with rows cutting through it [like an E but closed on the right side as well; that's where the passengers all pass through after check-in])
New Territory... lol smelly you say? I'm actually from there (well, not currently living there, but I grew up there for the first few years of my life, occasionally going back to visit). We actually go back to visit the farms where my mom grew up. True, it might smell in some parts, but I can assure you, majority isn't from... err... animal... if you get what I'm trying to say. ^^'
I've actually been to Kowloon Tong festival walk as well. The shopping there was very boring in my opinion... lol But then again, I've never been a huge fan of shopping in itself. It is pretty big, but majority is all material/clothes shopping. Hong Kong is actually filled with lots of markets for food shopping (I don't exactly want to call them flea markets, but it kinda is one, only for food).
