This scene actually seems familiar, I think it reminds me of a scene from one of my own fanfics, but I haven't the foggiest idea what. To my knowledge, I don't think I've ever written about something quite like this.

Anyway, awaiting the battle scene and more upcoming in the next chapter. :)
