Itachi is the most victimized character in the Naruto universe. I mean, all the 'evil deeds' he had done was for the sake of the village and Sasuke and no one gets to know about it, forever buried in the dark. That's why I find solace in fanfics knowing Itachi will find happiness in someway, but he never will in the real story. Kudos to this!

But in the end he seems happy somehow.

This is a really good story, as always, Itachi is a bit OC bit it fits the plot and 's so full of pain and sadness, and yet still so marvelous.

I LOVE THIS STORY!

I can see two more chapters- second based on Sakura's perspective-how she missed her chance to say the words, how Itachi truly meant for her.

Epilogue would be Itachi's son looking at his parents grave: how his mother always looked into Sasuke's eyes and seeing someone else. She lived a happy life, but never fulfilling.
