I have had this on my favorite list for a couple of months, and I realized that I never told you how much I love it! I discovered Cal Leandros a little over a year ago through your SFTCOL(AR)S website. There was a link to a sister site there that led to me winning a copy of Nightlife. I immediately fell in love with Cal and Niko, and I am currently halfway through Deathwish. I have purposely dragged out my reading of those books to make the pleasure last longer!

Anyway, I love your Cal stories, but this one is my particular favorite. I feel that you have captured the essence of the 4 main characters, and this story actually feels like one that could appear in a Rob Thurman book. I especially liked how you got inside Cal's head while he was semi-sedated and how you got into Nik's head while trying to rescue his baby brother. Excellent story! Thanks so much for sharing your phenomenal talent with us!!

Wow, I've just read this whole story and it's amazing. I was checking out your profile, looking for SN stories, and instead found a fab Cal one instead. I ordered the latest book last night and this story will tide me over until it arrives. You have captured the characters perfectly and I forgot at times that I wasn't actually reading Rob Thurman herself!

Wonderful final chapter, my friend! I am so sorry it took me so long to review. I have been out of town and I swear I am just the most pitiful little creature without my computer! It really is sad. But now I get to catch up and - sigh - you did not disappoint! I loved the insight of Niko's mind throughout the story. Haha...and I love the "physical therapy" idea. I can just picture it! You should totally write more Leandros fics. It wouldn't bother me a bit!

Great ending Faye. I thought a little "woobie Cal" was more than appropriate given the circumstances. There is far from enough Leandros brothers fic, so I hope you will write another one soon. :)

Man, Faye, this was an awesome story! :) You went from beating up Sam in Supernatural to beating up Cal and emotionally traumatizing him and Niko...your my hero! :D lol But seriously, whose better at portraying brotherly love and snarkiness than you! And with geminigrl and sendintheclowns--it was just an awesome story! You hit the characters of Rob Thurman's world right on the spot!

And the story plot was just awesome as well--poor Cal! :( Getting shot, then held hostage by some no-good, nonethical peice of crap doctors that just wanted to make money off him cause he's not completely human...man...Rob doesnt ever give him a break and neither do you too! ;p lol But its all loved, trust me! :)

Loved the story! Hope you do more like it, cause a Limp-Cal is just as good as a Limp-Sammy--so full of love and...and...limpness... >:)
